This is a song from the 9th NinMyu - Reenactment/DVD Edition, added in after the premiere. This song also features in the 9th Gakuensai. It features Atoi as the main singer, with Magiri as the 2nd half's duet and additional backup.

⚠️This is only a fan translation and may have a variety of errors. I'm not great at Japanese, so be aware. This is also a translation to capture the feel of the song and not what's literally written.
⚠️Squee + Shipping warning!!! It's after the translations, so feel free to skip the end.

Atuy - Ainu word for sea, and Atoi's name. The lyrics play with the double meaning; you can read the Katakana アトイ as either the Ainu meaning for sea, or his name.
Repun-kamuy - The Ainu god of the sea, which can manifest as an orca or a boy with a harpoon.
Pase-kamuy - A type of revered god, which ranks higher than the other kamuys. Like Zeus vs Dioscuri.
Kokaneshiko - Ainu word for shark, but can also be read as a shark deity(?).
Kesikaripu - Ainu for wanderer, or a vagrant person.

Isn't this ninmyu great?! Of course, im saying this with a pirate bias lol ~

I think it's very sweet of them to add in another song specifically for Atoi, when I first watched the premiere i thought that would be that for the HIGH-TEEN duo but... I ended up stumbling across the song on BiliBili! So I went digging and managed to scrounge up a high quality version. Just for Atoi and Magiri.(That being said, I'll try to get high quality recordings for the other pirates...)

The song's lyrics and title are interesting, Atoi's origins were left to tsudoi for the most part, and the anime/manga don't touch on it a lot, if not ever. So this song, especially with the context that it was added after the premiere, confirms that Atoi is of Ainu(or generally indigenous) blood. And describing his journey through the changing environment and the gods passing by... It makes me so happy!!!

Also, Magiri as his right hand for this song... wow... wowowow... the fact that he's in the 2nd half, when it can be interpreted as Atoi arriving at the Hyougo Sea, the Hyougo Suigun... I teared up... the overwhelming pale blue lighting indicating the cold that Atoi felt up north and even the loneliness, then moving into the 2nd half with the blanketing warm orange of the sun when south, appearing as soon as Magiri puts his arm around him... then a fresh bright blue over them, as if they were together under the same sky.. genius...

Magiri's so warm and playful towards Atoi, even in a serious moment he entertains Atoi's excitement at remembering his culture without making fun of him. Even his surprise when Magiri chimes into the song is worth a thousand words, and Magiri merely smiles and continues to sing with him...

What really got me was the focused gaze Magiri was giving Atoi in the 2nd half... that is a man who deeply cares about his kohai. Smitten, even. Ridiculously so. Even when Atoi returns his gaze and looks back out to the audience, Magiri keeps looking at him. Even when the song ends, it almost looks(and feels!) like he doesn't want to look away, but he has to. In the Gakuensai Atoi returns Magiri's gaze!!! And they're bathed in warm light until the song ends!

Ah, this ninmyu was the best...

EDIT: Changed some of the lyrics for better accuracy.
